  • A regional health insurance carrier was implementing a service cloud solution that provided member-centric views, case management functionality and streamlined workflows for customer service agents.

  • Supplied an implementation lead to conduct a gap analysis, revamp the overall project plan, and oversee multiple cross-functional teams.

    • Conducted a project health assessment and gap analysis to restructure the project plan and kick-off multiple risk mitigations.

Operating Model Development

  • A renewables energy startup needed guidance in building its organizational structure, governance, and operations.

  • We assessed their business plan, partnerships, and operations and developed a go-forward strategy to establish operations and scale rapidly.

    • Built an operating model that outlined the governance, processes, organization, technology, and data from site selection to ongoing maintenance of the solar facility.

    • Outlined the strategic roadmap including a Finance and Accounting maturity model with the progression of organizational capabilities.

PMO Playbook & Toolkit

  • A global SAAS company was expanding rapidly and having issues with consistency in its implementations.

  • We conducted a rapid discovery to consolidate best practices across their strategic accounts and built an implementation playbook and toolkit to be used by all their Program and Project Managers.

    • Developed an enterprise implementation playbook that included 60+ pages of content, 30+ diagrams and charts, and outlined 20+ core processes

    • Assessed the project management capabilities of the organization and developed job profiles for two additional roles to be integrated into their PMO.

    • Provided change management recommendations and next steps for playbook adoption and integration.

Process Optimization

  • A Tier One Supplier of Global Equipment Manufacturers needed a project manager to support their process improvement initiative.

  • We conducted a full assessment of their operations and facilitated the new process design and training of future-state workflows.

    • Implemented an agile framework to organize assessment findings and drive the design, development, and deployment of operational fixes
